Residential Building Permits are for buildings used for residential purposes that are no more than three storeys in height and have a building area not exceeding 600 m².
Commercial Building Permits are for commercially zoned properties and Part 3 structures.
Road Allowance permits are for constructing anything on the public road way or within municipal rights-of-way on private property.
Road Occupancy permits are for temporary utilizing/occupying the area beyond your property line- the boulevard, sidewalk, or component of the roadway.
