Welcome to the Pre-Application request process.
Please note the following application conditions:
- You must have a MySaanich profile to make an application. If you do not have a profile, register for one before starting.

Ensure you have all required documentation, as per the Pre-Application Project Submission Details, as the online application process will timeout if inactive for 15 minutes.
- Partially completed applications will be saved for up to 15 days, and can be accessed through your MySaanich account page.
Required Materials
To submit a Pre-Application, the following digital plan materials are required at a conceptual level.

- Context Plan
- Site Plan
- Floor Plans
- Streetscape Elevations
- Elevation Plans
- Sections
- Servicing
- Block Massing
Digital Plan Submission Requirements
- Consolidate all plans into ONE document (maximum 30 MB)
- PDF file format in metric scale, sized at 24" x 36"
- Files to be unsealed/unlocked
- Flattened vector layers
- Plan resolution 72 dpi (minimum)
- Do not include layer information, hyperlinks, bookmarks or comments
- Do not capture fonts used in drawing
- Follow PDF file naming convention "YYYY-MM-DD-File Description-Address"
