Welcome to the District of Saanich online Inspection scheduling system!

This system will allow you to schedule inspections at a time convenient for you. Using your personal device and Internet access, inspections may be scheduled or cancelled anytime up until 3:00pm the business day before the requested date.

Please note the following:

• Online inspection scheduling is available for Residential, Commercial, Plumbing and Chimney/Fireplace/Woodstove permits
• Inspection requests must be submitted at a minimum by 3:00pm on the business day prior to the day of the requested inspection and is based on the availability due to limited inspections per day.
• You will require your projects folder number (i.e. BLD12345)
• The permit must be approved and issued by the District
• Inspections may also be scheduled through a MySaanich account MySaanich. If you do not have a MySaanich profile, you will be required to create one and register your folder before an inspection can be scheduled

**We are unable to guarantee next day inspections. The District Building Officials will make every effort to attend your site within the requested AM or PM inspection window.**
