This system enables scheduling of an inspection for the following permits:

• Residential (review our helpful Guide to a successful Residential Inspection),
• Commercial
• Plumbing
• Chimney/Fireplace/Woodstove

Inspections may be scheduled or cancelled up until 3:00pm on the business day prior to the requested date. Please note that Inspection scheduling is subject to limited daily time slots, however, Building Officials will make every effort to meet your requested date and time window.

Getting Started:

• A permit folder number is required (i.e.RBP12345)
• Inspections may also be scheduled through a MySaanich profile (Don't have a profile? Register here.)
